Richard replaced the garage doors and openers on our 80’s era house. He has come out twice since the original install – once for a tune-up and again to install a storm shield to keep the garage doors from sticking in the winter. He’s great with communication, reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional. I always look forward to working with him.
We gave our home a major facelift and called 603 Garage Door Services LLC to replace our garage doors. They fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. Our automatic garage doors look beautiful. They were professional and polite. We recommend them to anyone who asks about garage door services.

Richard arrived to assess my situation the same day I called. He provided quick and reasonable quote but not before fixing a few things so I could safely use the door until it could be replaced. Once the new door was ordered and received, installation took a couple of hours. High quality & professional service. I highly recommend Richard & 603 Garage Door Services!

Called Monday. Came out Tuesday with everything he needed to fix my door on his truck already. Suggested a better and less expensive fix than I was expecting for a different repair while he was there, and was able to do that too. Did all the work in under an hour with very reasonable rates. Can't think of a single negative in my interaction with Rich from Premier Garage Door.

Richard put my garage door in, always kept in contact throughout the process night and day. Did an excellent job in a timely manner. Door had a slight issue a few months later, but just as when I had it installed he was right in contact with me and took care of the issue adding cable keepers to prevent a issue in the future. Rich is amazing! He came to quote a new door and his price was the same as other companies, but he was so kind and willing to do a few carpentry pieces we needed to make the new door work with our crooked frame. All the other companies told us we needed a carpenter to fix it first. Rich is very busy but always responded to my texts and emails quickly, and always took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He did not rush and did a great job. He even installed our new door and hauled away the old one in a heavy downpour because he knew I couldn’t open or use the garage without the new door. Great guy and a great company! We definitely recommend 603 Garage Door Services.

We have worked with Richard on two separate projects. Once on our home and once on a commercial project. Both times I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. His company does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Fit and finish of all the doors is great and we notice the difference in the heating bill. We went with higher R value doors, and they are definitely worth the money when you get your heating bill at the end of the month. We would highly recommend 603 garage door and will be calling Richard the next time we need doors.
